A childhood project
While cleaning out my mother's things, I came upon this lovely handmade handkerchief. I made this for my mom when I was probably 6-7 years old. Notice the lovely hemmed edge! I made her an apron previously where I glued the hem! I must have really honed my sewing skills to hem this one.

My mom has pieces saved too. She recently gave some of them to us to make sure we'd have them. A couple I don't remember making, but she assures me that I did. :-)
